3. GEM Coin Disclaimer

⚠️ GEM Coin is NOT a publicly traded cryptocurrency, token, or digital asset. It is an internal digital credit system used exclusively within the Shoppe Club platform for accounting purposes. GEM Coin has no market value outside the platform and cannot be traded on any cryptocurrency exchange.

Specifically:

GEM Coin is not regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) as a virtual currency
GEM Coin does not represent equity, debt, or ownership interest in the Company
The 1 GEM = 1 PHP peg is an internal accounting convention and does not represent a legal obligation
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the GEM Coin system at any time
Accumulated GEM balances may be subject to fees, expiry, or forfeiture under certain conditions

4. Product & Service Disclaimer

Products included with Shoppe Club packages are sold for personal consumption and legitimate retail purposes. Any product claims or testimonials regarding health, wellness, or other benefits are made by individual members and do not necessarily reflect the official position of Shoppe Club.

The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness, merchantability, or results of any products offered through the platform.

5. Promotional Materials & Third-Party Claims

Members are responsible for the accuracy of any promotional materials, income claims, and product claims they share independently. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Making specific income projections or guarantees to prospective recruits
Claiming that Shoppe Club is a "get-rich-quick" opportunity
Representing GEM Coin as an investment or tradeable cryptocurrency
Using inflated or fabricated income figures in recruiting materials
Making unsubstantiated product health claims

Members who make false or misleading claims may face account suspension, legal liability, and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Platform Availability Disclaimer

The Shoppe Club platform is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or secure at all times. Planned maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, including missed bonus windows, delayed withdrawals, or data synchronization issues.
